like I get why would want to post something like for example "x show is racist" or something cause thats like a take!! like I get why you would get clout from that it could be wrong or overstated but it's still analysis. but comrades within your community? it seems less stressful to just tell them if you disagree with like one of their posts or something

Depends on how you interpret "disagreement". Also, while I find the concept of internet clout points to be absolutely abhorrent and fueling social capitals, I do support public call out as keeping unchecked reactionary tendencies hidden can breed catastrophe, especially if the said subject is holding large amount of social capitals.
@garfiald You're assuming they would normally be reasonable and have not hold onto something even worse beneath surface. I have tried to "talk things out" with these cases. Chances that it works I can count on the tip of my fingers. It's better to expose them in public. If they make a public apology, good for them. If they don't, then their reputation takes the toll. Make this more of a case for popular ones. One need to take responsibilities for owning social capital.
