If we had a word like pinji (lojban for penis, but gender neutral) in English, I'd use that.
But the point I'm trying to make is that there's no "I'm a woman but my body has man parts" or "I'm a man except I have a vagina."
The placement and size of body parts doesn't decide your gender, and the words we use for them are completely arbitrary.
