a ramble about creativity
it makes me full of sorrow when I read comments or replies to painting process videos online that read like "omg that's magic!"
I can understand watching a sped-up video makes it SEEM like magic, but I swear painting is something YOU can learn!
it's not an unknowable random force!
drawing, singing, dancing, whatever, you can LEARN how to do it!
Please don't ever assume something creative is out of your reach just because you don't know how
a ramble about creativity
I really want to get my art/painting stream figured out soon so I can help explain and demonstrate the stuff I learned in art school to make it more accessible, especially watercolor!
more than half of ppl at my ART SCHOOL didn't even know how to use watercolor! I want to change that!
