idk what to call it, when there's a big puddle on the corner of a street and a car drives by real fast, getting the pedestrians closest to the street completely soaked

here, the snowplows left these huge mounds of snow on the outer lanes of traffic and impatient drivers have decided to start driving through those (instead of using 1 lane until the snow melted) at incredible speeds, causing snow to slosh at pedestrians :c
