Banza vegan mac and cheese is really good but the chickpea pasta falls apart Very Quickly, either cook it on a lower temperature and/or for less time because it started falling apart at like 7 minutes on the dot (box recommends 7-8 minutes)
despite that, the taste is very good, I used unflavored/unsweetened soy milk no vegan butter
I would praise it more but I feel like the box needs to warn you how fast the pasta falls apart
