Is there a word that’s like dysmorphia but for language? Like, you’ve said something that you think is completely clear and there’s no way someone can misunderstand it but they do? Like you think you’re speaking plain English but they hear like Ancient Greek or something.

@keira_incognita sure, but you used "language" and "hear" without really specifying otherwise, so that's how I made that connection
@dragonmagic “Language” can also be written and I also used “like.” As in, an example.
@dragonmagic It goes for written communication as well as verbal, so that doesn’t quite work.
