Dude: [comes to grab his drink after like, 7 minutes]
C: "Hey, it's been sitting for a bit so it might be cold, do you want me to remake it?"
D: "Did you call it out, I didn't hear it"
C: "I did call it out, a few times"
D: "Well, I was just right there and I didn't hear it called"
C: [super bitchy sounding 'customer service' voice] "I called it three times. I can remake it for you if you want though"
