OWB is the most "video gamey fun" but HH and DM are way more thematically "Fallout" which makes them better DLC for NV imo don't @ me
@evie eh IMO it's less "video game fun" and more that it uses a campy sci-fi gimmick to tackle interesting topics
DM was almost like actively trying to be NOT video gamey fun and it was amazing
