@evie I seem to pronounce it as one, though a quick check online suggests it can be one or two, I guess depending on dialect?
I was reminded this evening that in a professionally published haiku, someone treated "tickly" as two syllables instead of the three it sounds like it should be to me, so I may not be the best judge...
