Hot damn this is good coffee
I should be able to push it to be a quicker shot though. Right now it’s like apricot + spiced sweet mango + floral black tea
I should be able to push it to be sweeter and probably tone down the spice and black tea flavor. They taste good but I want it to be more delicate and nuanced, right now those two flavors a little too prevalent compared to what I want out of it
Probably take a break and try more shots in a bit
