I'm not counting or anything, but when your event has 129 speakers, and there's only 12 women and (checks notes) 2 POC, I kinda wonder… did the whole pandemic thing slip us back by a decade?
@rem people forget it can take active effort to practice diversity and inclusion starting at making people feel welcome and leading to actually getting them on stage
