Real talk, am I being a spoilsport for telling people on LEX that pride festivals/marches/parties are COVID hotspots?

@dragonmagic I'd need to look more at some numbers for current outside transmission - but I thiiiiiink being outside with folks even in large crowds is pretty safe? (even maskless, but def if you wear a 95 even if others aren't masked?) so i'd see a distinction between a festival/march and an indoor party
