Honestly rather surprised how well sandals and socks work even on an average Nordic winter day. I wear that combo back in my tropical country too and I thought it wouldn't be enough for negative Celsius temperatures at all.

@leinir I was just going for a short walk in a city, yeah. Going forward though, I'll prolly switch to boots or closed shoes.
