Curious what context people use this emoji: 🥰

I'm never sure. This is strictly in platonic contexts (Greg and I just use ❤️).

Sometimes it seems to mean, "I have received your affectionate comment/emoji and enjoyed it," and other times it's like, "I am feeling affection at you," and other times it's like, "Ordering dinner is a brilliant idea, I'm in agreement." Is it all these? Am I misunderstanding?

I can't tell. When do you use it?
