Plurality talk, Mental health positive and negative

Our identity was pretty unstable a lot of the day today. We started the day as being blended as Joan. And then we were both in and out of consciousness for a bit as we napped on the couch. There was a point noone was fronting. Joan was in the background for most of that time.

We both then afterwards woke up blended as Melody, which was off putting for a bit. We are still not used to being plural. Joan is still the only one used to controlling the body. But it seems Melody is a lot more comfortable being out now, which is nice as I think that would be good for the both of us as we try to figure things out.

Melody disappeared again but I have a feeling she’ll be back soon again. Hope we can understand ourselves more too. We’re off work for 4 days and have our parts of our polycule staying for a week. So think this new step forward is a result of actually being able to process and deal with what happened and being in a safe environment.

Hm first post to have hit the 1000 character limit I set. Anyways I would appreciate any advice about plurality as I’m still new to it, happened due to recent events. Which is why I’ve been more quiet online recently.

@joan It sounds like you probably have this covered, but compassion for yourselves will help a great deal. -Lore
