haven't really made any attempts at meditation or self-hypnosis or other inner work lately
I've been orienting outwards, identifying my major problems as external: I need a to improve my environment, find community, connect with people
& feeling a little sad about that, but understanding that, realistically, fucking up my head for the hell of it isn't a healthy or effective way to approach problems. making peace with it.
