hurgk 10 minutes of pedaling on the exercise bike and i'm already feeling worn out, and i'm making sure to take it easy at first..

okay i've cycled through a whole episode of star trek (with some brief pauses as my legs got tired, but i tried picking the pace back up as soon as possible), i worked out into a nice sore, hopeful for building up my stamina!
