what do i do when i'm burnt out constantly unhappy about free time unable to enjoy it and much less unwilling to do work during free time
no activities spark any joy in my brain anymore and i just can't do anything and end up wasting time just sitting around until it's the next day and i'm working again and i don't know how to break out of this pattern
