sigh, today was already upsetting and to top it off i might've permanently broken the tape deck in the toshiba boombox while trying to fix it, which i thought only needed new belts
i bought a new tape mech that has the same exact chassis :I just gonna replace the whole thing
well, i kinda got it working again kludging a LOT of stuff together, and now it plays, but there's a lot of flutter... at least it's not completely seized anymore
