int 15h, 86h is "not available for the PC, PCjr, and XT", but does calling it in those platforms cause issues or just no wait is performed?
i ended up using INT 1Ah because 55ms resolution is enough for my result and now the project will be compatible with anything from a 4.77mhz XT and up
