@mavica_again i recently got a new motorola phone (coincidentally also coming from a samsung) and i saw that its developer settings mentioned something about "stylus input". it sucks that you weren't aware before getting your current phone. D:

@industrial_cream i greatly enjoy the hardware i got, but the samsung ecosystem is abysmal.. unfortunately rooting it will mean not being able to use banking apps and i don't trust S-Pen support to be good anywhere but in oneui

@mavica_again oh! that's good then. yeah i found the ecosystem strangely restrictive... granted, i got an a-series phone and have no other modern samsung devices. bugger... i imagine that being the case too.
