i wish there was something like the dectalk voice but feminine without it being just the dectalk voice in falsetto

i want to build a new text to speech voice for myself (something i will carry around to use to speak), i do not want it to sound human, if you know any cool off-the-beaten-path stuff like this please let me know
@jk i think that just used the same engine as dectalk, didn't it?
@mavica_again the immediate thing that springs to mind is something like "reverse engineer and modify that 'SAY' speech synth that came on one of the amiga workbench disks"
