i wonder if debian 11 wine would run windows 9x games as well as true windows 9x on the same 21 year old machine or if the overhead is too much

@mavica_again Sadly, no idea. My memory has always been horrible, and lately it has been even worse...
The only one that comes to mind is the original Homeworld, which came out in '99 if I remember correctly.
Other than that, Doom, Quake, Hexxen, maybe?
