ok here's a hikari no yume certified life pro tip: if your friend who you know knows their shit in some respect recommends some kind of media to you, make sure you save the recommendation somewhere, a notes app, a text file, paper, whatever. you'll thank yourself later
@hikari I run my entire life through Todoist, and a few months back I had the brilliant idea – I can't believe I didn't think of it sooner – to create a Todoist project for all the media I'm going to watch/read/experience later, it's been great
@hikari One advantage of this that I didn't think of before was the ability to just assign a due date to some media as a way to remind myself
Last month I paused my Netflix subscription because I didn't know of anything I wanted to watch there. But during the pause I found out about some things I wanted to watch on Netflix, so I added them to Todoist and set a due date for after the Netflix pause, it worked great
