@renbymon It's kinda the best! and I can recomend some good surgeons if you ever need a boost down that road ;)
@garrwolfdog Probably not going to do surgery because of fears, but definitely want to get my face lasered and get on HRT as soon as possible. ^^

If you want help getting on HRT, I might be able to give you some pointers to speed things along :)
@garrwolfdog Yes please! From what I have looked at it's mainly just getting the money together for going private unless I DIY. My GP is pretty supportive and has said he'll help with things if I do go private. ^^
Right now I'm in the process of name changing and waiting for the council to process the change and send me a council tax statement before I can get my passport sorted. :)
