Even though I was only alive for the decade's final two years; I am find it a bit annoying that people assume that /everything/ was black and white in the 1970s.
My parents assure me that we had colours back then. Two of them in fact. Brown and orange.

@avon_deer @renbymon We certainly did in one of the houses I grew up in. We had those funny tiles definitely. They look like abstract splats, but they're actually birds!
