On reflection, I worry that the cost of the Switch 2's games is going to be the thing that bites Nintendo on the arse. Following the greed-driven trends of the rest of the industry is not going to end well for them, even discounting the fact people pounce on Nintendo for these practices far more readily than they do any other company (what's the betting the same people calling for Nintendo to be destroyed will happily buy GTA6 for a hundred quid as the standard RRP?).
