Did push notifications get removed from v1.6.0? I don't see the option anymore. @Gargron

@Gargron I don't see them available in the Notifications column, and adding the VAPID keys doesn't activate them on Elekk.xyz - is there something else I need to do? I'm pretty sure I've done everything the release notes say to do.
@noelle m.s. is currently on rc5, there are only 4 small commits between that and 1.6.0, and i can see push notifications toggle and and I receive push notifications on my phone. As far as I'm aware there's no changes to push notifications, nothing that would remove them? Did they work in 1.5 for you? @squirrel

@squirrel @noelle Is your server time correct? Try installing ntp. Also, does your browser support push notifications? i.e. did you already test that they worked for you elsewhere?
