windows 10 still has that windows 7 glitch that sometimes the taskbar will "hold" the state that your mouse is hovering over an icon, keeping its tooltip open and the highlight on

in case you're wondering the way to solve that for some reason is ctrl-shift-rightclicking on any icon on the taskbar

@squirrel that uh...

...heck I thought that was just MY pc being weird. Imma try that next time! Thank you for this!

@Nine IT'S A REALLY WEIRD THING THAT'S BEEN AROUND FOR A REALLY LONG TIME

@squirrel I had no idea! ^^;;; usually when weird nonsensical crap happens to my pc I blame myself because it just seems utterly random and googling around turns up absolutely nothing helpful.

@Nine i knowwwwww

i feel ya so much

when someone pointed that out to me (i have no idea how the original person found this fix out) i was like "OHHHHHHHH"

@squirrel ...Wow, there actually is a fix. I always just restarted Explorer. >_>;

@squirrel omg this has happened to me like 5 times in the 2 hours i've been awake. but ctrl+shift+right click didn't work for some reason, i tried ctrl+right click and that seemed to work. thank you!
