@tom i wish i could undockerize mine
@squirrel but essentially it's gonna be:
set up mastodon instance on new server w/o starting it
change dns to new ip (propagation will take a while)
rsync media to new server
finish setting up new instance
stop service on old instance
rsync the changes in media
dump db on old instance, import on new one
???
start new instance
