i've used "what's up nerds" in chatrooms with friends, because i meant it in jest, and they knew so

i don't think i'd call anyone i'm not comfortable with a "nerd" if they don't know i don't mean it seriously

i guess i don't think of it as reclaiming the term itself but rather just saying it in a silly intonation like i'm doing a caricature of someone who would say that
