@squirrel it's the old Lego Digital Designer. Found a group archiving & restoring all the old lego web stuff. http://biomediaproject.com/bmp/lmp/games/
@LANthus ahhhh thought it might be something like that
i want to play with lego with my friends but there's no real good way to do it :( blockland is the closest you get to it, lego worlds is super expensive and apparently not all that worth it??
@squirrel I've heard no good things about lego worlds, & I don't know of any non copyright struck alternatives still around sadly.
