I never mix the honey into my tea because I like the puddle of tea flavored honey at the bottom.

I obviously enjoy the experience of a slightly sweet tea topped off with a syrupy shot of tea flavored honey and not just abusing my palate with sugar. More isn't always better also don't tell me how to do stuff I like.
