how do you upload animated emojis? I made an APNG with a .png extension but masto complained that it was "invalid"

@troubleMoney i'm assuming it's something to do with how I created it, so i'm gonna look into that
(i had a GIF that i tried to convert to APNG, and I'm not 100% sure that went smoothly, though OSX seems to be ok with the file)
