Does anyone know if/how I can cancel my Purism phone pre-order? I've officially lost all confidence in them growing to become a company I can come to trust again. I'd go as far as to say they feel sinister, in fact. I am so utterly disappointed by all of this.

If you inform them of your intention to cancel the order in writing by fax or email then they've got 14 days to refund your money before they're in contravention of it, there's a form letter to do that in schedule 3
