@penguin42 I'd think that if you had a watch without a rotating bezel, or just an internal rotating bezel, no crown protectors, and used a silicone pull-through strap like a NATO it might be fairly easily sterilised

I'm not sure of anyone else that makes anything specifically designed for easy sterilisation though

Especially not with the testing Sinn did of how all the parts would stand up to repeated disinfection with the chemicals they usually use in hospitals for the purpose
