Assembly robot: you always see industrial robots making cars and you can too! just like, with scale models of stuff

Computer vision: there's a thing called https://www.bemyeyes.com/ where you can volunteer to identify visual things for blind people, could be a helper robot!

AI doing things: mechanical turk or similar maybe? Short tasks that just have you working as an AI, also gets you some beer money
