Basis is, everyone has a number of spoons that they have, doing things uses up spoons, and you regain spoons by resting
The number of spoons people need to use on certain things and the rate of gaining new spoons is different in each person
So someone with a disability might have a low rate of spoon recovery, or certain things might cost a lot of spoons to do, or both
A lack of spoons would mean that they can't deal with x thing right now
@brokenfingers I'm not entirely sure why they're called spoons as opposed to anything else, but yeah, unit of mental/physical resources
