A lot of clocks in Europe are currently running up to 6 minutes late because the Kosovan and Serbian power grid operators weren't talking to each other

Basically the grid frequency dropped below 50hz for an extended period of time so all the clocks that were using that to tell the time are slow

@RyuKurisu oh yeah, it's only the stuff that's plugged into the mains and uses it as the oscillator
