@vantablack they say you can blur out any information you don't need to see, so just put a nice-ish looking letterhead on there and lorem ipsum for the rest then blur it out

actually, cover it up with a bit of paper when you scan it, if you blur it in an image editor it might make them think some more of it was edited that way
@vantablack don't forget, this is someone being paid minimum wage to look at documents here, just so long as it looks vaguely right they'll probably accept it
