@godwouldhateme@mastodon.social also tbh it's not exactly the most glamorous but drinks like ensure can be a good way to get some extra calories and vitamins in there too. instant breakfast (vitamin fortified, mixed with milk) is a go-to for me when i'm like "shiiiiit i haven't eaten enough today".
vanilla is a flavor hard to screw up, takes on strawberry can be completely hit or miss, but i find chocolate does a real good job of hiding vitamin aftertaste.
