i think that's flawed, but putting trust in market laws means... THE CONSUMERS AND POTENTIAL CONSUMERS MUST BE ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT THE PRODUCT, AND WARN OTHERS IF IT IS UNSAFE. so, this is a constructive part of the process that you believe will drive development to a better product.

if someone gets sad whenever their product is met with genuine critique, they don't have the mettle to be in business.
