@melissasage there are situations when it can do a lot more than just inconvenience, though, and i wish people would remember to temper their ire in those situations.

for example, disabled people often end up relying on things like uber or lyft (public transport doesn't go to doctors, or anywhere, around here). disabled people also are often caught in shitty policies at doctors of the "if you miss an appointment, you don't get the medicine you need, eat shit" type.
