honestly the biggest culture/age gap moment i keep having on here is the idea of adopting/buying fursonas
knowing the furry community as i did when i first got into it, when i was like, fuckin 13 or some shit, the idea of adopting a furry persona and representation of yourself just makes me

i know the meaning is "a furry character" now instead of more straight "furry persona" but it still breaks my brain a lil
@InspectorCaracal i am a bear of very little brain and the idea that someone would just go "ah yes, this pre-made character is a complete and accurate representation of my inner self, i'll buy it for 15 bucks thanks" tends to break what little brains i still got
someone should be out there making mad bank on being a like. fursona concierge. like the professional who you talk to and who guides you through the creation of one.
