honestly the whole concept of bowsette, while meme-worthy, is not well-thought-out at all. for starters the name shouldn't be bowsette, the -ette is from toadette and implies that toadette found like, a bowser crown or w/e and turned into a bowser doppelganger with toadette characteristics
@trwnh @thufie@pixie.town or here it's more that there's a certain type of weeb fuckboy that ruins everything he touches by making whatever concept, no matter how mundane or fantastical, boring or interesting, etc., and making it all into a one-size-fits-all generic waifu moeblob, because that's all he has focused in on with his attention
this leads to looking at anime characters with hot dog legs and calling them "thicc" among other fucking atrocities
which is exhausting to see.
@wigglytuffitout oh for sure, it just extra doesn't make sense here bc it's like only half-valid logic. like people saw the initial concept and then didn't bother evaluating the implications fully, and just turned it into "peach but with horns" instead of "bowser made to look like peach". like if the horns weren't there you basically wouldn't be able to tell the difference
