i realize that it's a tough needle to thread in delivering such news, and it can get real NIMBY obnoxious real quick

but i am kinda encouraging my fellow mods on this one to look at just booting the dude

i usually like to wait for a Clear Incident, but at this point at least 80% of moderator time and effort is spent smoothing out and cleaning up after his messes. this is just too much time and resources.
