@themorgangoats if your friend is having this, tell them to shimmy on over to get medical attention quick
it's likely a bladder stone blocking things up, or a sign of a really severe UTI, and it's one of those "you want to solve this pretty quick" medical problems. don't be like tycho brahe and explode your bladder
