horses are like. g-d made hubris into an animal. so horses looked at themselves and said well if we are made of defiance of g-d we might as well be evil and eat flesh. and g-d just decided to leave them there because they no longer had any clue why they had done that in the first place
and then humans said hey well if these beings were meant to defy g-d we might as well fill them with MORE hubris and MORE destruction and g-d. well I don't know how they feel about it but they probably are wondering what the fuck past them thought, or whatever the g-dly equivalent of that emotional state is
