does anyone with #fibro have pain management tips? my girlfriend @Atatra is living with #fibromyalgia, has recurring excruciating pain spikes, OTC medication only helps so much and her NHS doctor won't prescribe her anything despite the diagnosis

Savella has been life changing for me. My flares are less often and much less intense. It's a relatively new medication so I'm not sure how available it is where you are.
