It's a management sim/tycoon/build a thing game (a bit like RollerCoaster Tycoon or Theme Hospital?) wherein you try and set up a medical/chemical compound producing hormones and providing surgery for the trans people of the post-apocalyptic world.

(and there's all sorts of post-apocalypses to choose from, from Fallout-style bleakery to peaceful nature ruins land. All with their own problems.)

Actually before I go here's a dumb idea from when I was brushing my teeth:

An account/bot (unlikely) that describes real world artifacts in the way that Dwarf Fortress does, complete with a fake screenshot.

Buggles - I Love You is a wonderfully bittersweet song, and very evocative for the future society the rest of the album (or most of it) is intending to detail.

Also nice and bass-laden. ^-^ Possibly my favourite on the album.
